2-way communication throughout the process was outstanding

This has been my first time using you to produce my business cards and for any printing for that matter. I've only given a rating of 3 (average) for post sales service, simply because I haven't experienced post sales service yet, aside from this survey. Here then is what I have to say: The pre-sales service was virtually immediate and answered my questions and needs. The 2-way communication throughout the process was outstanding - an e-mail to thank me for the order, one to acknowledge art approval, one for art on the press, and another for dispatch. My initial exchange of e-mails was on a Wednesday morning, with Stuart, who informed me that if my order was submitted that morning, it would be delivered to me by Friday and so it was! The only niggle at all was the failure to send me an e-mailed proof, as requested. In closing - outstanding service, a premium quality product and all at a price that makes me wonder how they do it! I mostly highly recommend you and I shall be happy to use you again.
